How AirAmbulance.org handles quote requests: what we collect, how we share it with providers with your consent, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

When you request a quote we keep what you type: names, contact details, the route, timing, the patient's general condition and insurance type. We ask you not to send diagnoses or medical records.

Sharing

With your consent, we share the route and transport needs with up to three vetted providers so they can quote. We never sell your details.

Analytics

We measure visits with Google Analytics and our own server logs, which store a daily-changing hash instead of your IP address.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your details, email privacy@airambulance.org and we will take care of it.
