How we research

We draw on government sources (for example GAO reports and CMS guidance), published provider and assistance-company information, and the questions families ask us.

Prices

Prices are shown as published planning ranges, labelled as such, never as quotes. They vary by route, aircraft, medical needs and insurance.

Accuracy and updates

Each guide shows when it was last reviewed. We update guides when rules or prices change. Spotted an error? Tell us through the contact page.
